What you’ll do

As a P&amp;C Business Partner at TELUS, you will support both our Health and Agriculture &amp; Consumer Goods divisions, playing a pivotal role in our journey to become one global team. Reporting to the Director P&amp;C Business Partner in Canada, you will collaborate with colleagues in the UK and abroad to deliver the People Plan. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, project manager, and change agent through influencing and supporting leaders across both divisions. You will seamlessly toggle between strategic decision making and operationalizing initiatives that foster positive change, team growth, and create an engaging workplace environment. 

<ul><li>Act as a point of contact for business units in the EMEA region, partnering with local P&amp;C Business Partners to implement optimal people solutions that solve business challenges. Work collaboratively with global Business Partners to achieve TELUS wide initiatives in our people plan.&nbsp;</li><li>Balance various P&amp;C priorities for local business leaders including lifecycle programs such as performance development, compensation, learning and development, recognition and employee relations.</li><li>Works with key stakeholders including P&amp;C Business Partners, P&amp;C Operations, and Legal to ensure people practices follow the applicable country employment laws.</li><li>Supports M&amp;A transactions, including divestitures and coordinates integration of Centre&nbsp; of Expertise (CoE) content and resources.</li><li>Proactively address people issues and design solutions by leveraging data to develop actionable insights and summarize those relevant to the region's success.</li><li>Guide and coach leaders in implementing relevant policies and practices</li></ul>

As a Security Engineer, you will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of our security solutions including but not limited to, Cloud Security Posture Management and Zero Trust Network Access to help the organization to move towards a Zero Trust Architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with expertise in designing and implementing security solutions to protect our organization's digital assets. You’ll be keeping TAC safe and protected by establishing, operating and maintaining security controls and processes. You’ll be part of a global team operating across multiple time zones supporting our clients across all services, solutions, and SaaS products.

As an experienced security professional with strong collaboration and communication skills, you'll span all areas of security operations, and interface with security operations, security architecture, offensive security, cloud platforms and DevSecOps. You will have a broad understanding and expertise to operate across a number of the noted areas of security:
<ul><li>Extension/design of core security services into TAC: Design and deliver security services within TAC that are derived or extended from core TELUS Health and TELUS Corporate security services, aligned to the requirements and operating model within TAC. Delivery of services spanning zero-trust network access, security monitoring and cloud security.</li><li>Gather and document resource, service and product information from application and system owners to assist in threat risk analysis and tools deployment.</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain Zero Trust Network Access across the organization's network and cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Deploy and configure CSPM tools to monitor and manage the security posture of cloud environments.</li><li>Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.</li><li>Develop and implement procedures, and best practices to enhance the organization's security posture.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to proactively address security risks.</li><li>Report on vulnerabilities found for system owners and administrators, providing recommendations for mitigation. Work with the support teams to prioritize remediation to align with security SLA.</li><li>Design frameworks and processes to make adoption of security best practices easier for developers and system administrators.</li></ul>

What you'll do:

Plan for product presentations to cover application functionality, CPG business process, product architecture, product security, and implementation.</li><li>Be present to visit clients and attend industry events.</li></ul>
What you bring to this role

The Cattle Research Project Coordinator (CRPC) facilitates the smooth conduct of Feedlot Health research studies in feedlot cattle and dairy calf grower production settings. The CRPC works closely with Research Team Management in the development and maintenance of research policies, procedures, systems, and training tools to continually improve project implementation, data accuracy, and team productivity.&nbsp;Join us to work in the agricultural industry, learn about research procedures, improve data management skills, and work with a great team to support cattle well-being and productivity!

Location - Remote Employment Type - Full Time 
The US base salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $150, 000.&nbsp;This role will have a generous commission structure.&nbsp;Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
