As our new Global Payroll Manager, you'll lead TELUS Agriculture &amp; Consumer Goods' global payroll operations, managing a dynamic team across 10+ countries while driving critical system implementations and operational excellence. What You'll Do

The role involves helping customers resolve software-related issues, answering questions on functionality, how to migrate between our products, troubleshooting problems, and guiding users through the system. While many queries can be resolved during the initial call, you'll also work with colleagues, Team Leads, and software specialists to investigate and resolve more complex issues.
We're looking for someone with previous customer support experience, ideally within a software, SaaS or technical support environment. The IT Service Desk Support Analyst - Level 1 provide 1st Level Support and monitoring to IT systems and integration solutions.

What You’ll Do
A Level 1 Support Technician will typically join with less than 12 months experience, or freshly graduated from university. They may come to us with some skills around Linux and MySQL, they might have some basic understanding of XML as well, the rest they will learn with us.&nbsp;
By the time they have completed probation (typically within the first 6 – 12 months) they should be able to meet most, if not all the criteria below.&nbsp;
The most important skills they will need to demonstrate are their written and spoken communication skills, especially to external customers, good ticket accuracy and an appropriate “sense of urgency” - the ability to prioritise issues, proactively identify ongoing issues and escalate where required.&nbsp;

Our Team and What We'll Accomplish Together
Our Consumer Goods team is transforming the way consumer goods organizations plan, sell and grow — delivering integrated business planning and revenue management solutions that drive real results. As our new Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of seven quota-bearing professionals (QBPs), coaching and developing them to exceed targets while shaping the future of our sales practice. If you're energized by building high-performing teams and making a meaningful impact in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do
<ul><li>Lead, mentor and develop a team of seven QBPs, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback and support to help them achieve and exceed their sales targets</li><li>Drive the development and progression of the team's sales pipeline, providing key insights on win/loss rates, target coverage and forecast accuracy</li><li>Collaborate with Pre-Sales on customer discoveries and product demonstrations to ensure a compelling and consultative buying experience</li><li>Partner with Professional Services on statements of work (SOWs) and proposals, ensuring solutions are accurately scoped and aligned to client needs</li><li>Work with Marketing to shape targeted sales strategies, campaigns and go-to-market plans that generate quality pipeline</li><li>Oversee RFP submissions and sales campaigns, ensuring alignment across sales, services, support and product teams</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels to support retention and growth</li></ul>

What You Bring
<ul><li>7+ years of sales management experience, ideally within the software or technology industry serving consumer goods or CPG manufacturers</li><li>Proven track record of leading and developing a team of sales professionals, coaching others to meet and exceed targets</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex and consultative sales cycles across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups</li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client pain points, build compelling value propositions and craft tailored solutions</li><li>Experience collaborating with Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Marketing teams to drive cohesive go-to-market execution</li><li>Skilled communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Experience with CRM tools and a disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting and reporting</li></ul>

Great-to-Haves
<ul><li>Familiarity with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or Revenue Growth Management (RGM) software solutions</li><li>Experience working in or selling to consumer goods, food and beverage or CPG manufacturing organizations</li><li>Knowledge of trade spend management and return on investment (ROI) analysis within the consumer goods sector.</li></ul>

What you'll do:
<ul><li>Assist clients in obtaining optimal animal health and welfare while supporting economic returns through efficient production animal management.</li><li>Cow-Calf and Feedlot Veterinary Services</li><li>Provide comprehensive service to feedlot, cow/calf, and dairy operations using veterinarian, nutrition, and research consultants.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide the most up-to-date and professional consultation services to help cattle producers raise healthy and productive cattle.</li><li>Perform bovine surgeries and calvings</li><li>Perform pregnancy diagnoses and breeding soundness exams</li><li>Conduct individual animal and herd level examinations (in person or via digital imaging)</li><li>Perform regulatory procedures associated with cattle import/export or certification</li><li>Communicate protocols, research findings, recommendations, technical information, etc. to client operations and follow up as needed</li><li>Coordinate and oversee the training of cow-calf and feedlot workers</li><li>Perform other veterinary procedures as required</li><li>Utilize data to monitor health parameters, and perform ad hoc data analysis as needed</li><li>Identify areas of concern and devise action plans and recommendations in conjunction with the entire Consultant Team</li><li>Provide input to clients regarding animal health and production protocols and procedures</li><li>Perform client site visits as required to monitor animal health procedures and events, and to provide ongoing, positive communication</li></ul>
What you bring:
<ul><li>Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school</li><li>Qualification for licensure with the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association</li><li>Strong communication and proactive problem solving skills</li><li>Clean and valid full Class 5 Driver's License or other provincial equivalents, a driver’s abstract will be needed</li></ul>
