The IT Service Desk Support Analyst - Level 1 provide 1st Level Support and monitoring to IT systems and integration solutions.

What You’ll Do
A Level 1 Support Technician will typically join with less than 12 months experience, or freshly graduated from university. They may come to us with some skills around Linux and MySQL, they might have some basic understanding of XML as well, the rest they will learn with us.&nbsp;
By the time they have completed probation (typically within the first 6 – 12 months) they should be able to meet most, if not all the criteria below.&nbsp;

<ul><li>Experience with sales forecasting, quota setting, territory management, and compensation management in a regional/multi-account sales structure.</li><li>Familiarity with sales engagement/automation tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) and content management platforms (HighSpot or similar).</li><li>Understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn) and CPG/retail industry dynamics (trade spend, category management, retail execution).</li><li>Experience managing Salesforce data hygiene, renewal/auto-renewal workflows, and opportunity/account ownership processes.</li><li>Prior experience in CPG, retail technology, or trade promotion management sectors is a strong plus.</li></ul>

What you'll do:
<ul><li>Assist clients in obtaining optimal animal health and welfare while supporting economic returns through efficient production animal management.</li><li>Cow-Calf and Feedlot Veterinary Services</li><li>Provide comprehensive service to feedlot, cow/calf, and dairy operations using veterinarian, nutrition, and research consultants.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide the most up-to-date and professional consultation services to help cattle producers raise healthy and productive cattle.</li><li>Perform bovine surgeries and calvings</li><li>Perform pregnancy diagnoses and breeding soundness exams</li><li>Conduct individual animal and herd level examinations (in person or via digital imaging)</li><li>Perform regulatory procedures associated with cattle import/export or certification</li><li>Communicate protocols, research findings, recommendations, technical information, etc. to client operations and follow up as needed</li><li>Coordinate and oversee the training of cow-calf and feedlot workers</li><li>Perform other veterinary procedures as required</li><li>Utilize data to monitor health parameters, and perform ad hoc data analysis as needed</li><li>Identify areas of concern and devise action plans and recommendations in conjunction with the entire Consultant Team</li><li>Provide input to clients regarding animal health and production protocols and procedures</li><li>Perform client site visits as required to monitor animal health procedures and events, and to provide ongoing, positive communication</li></ul>
What you bring:
<ul><li>Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school</li><li>Qualification for licensure with the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association</li><li>Strong communication and proactive problem solving skills</li><li>Clean and valid full Class 5 Driver's License or other provincial equivalents, a driver’s abstract will be needed</li></ul>
