__To restart your Wi-Fi Hub__:

1. Disconnect the power cord from the back of your Wi-Fi hub
2. Wait 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the back of your modem
3. Wait 5 minutes, then check your modem. The LED on the front should turn solid green

__Important__: If the light does not turn green, check the fibre cable on the back and ensure it is fully plugged in.

__If problems persist:__
Try restarting your computer/device and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network.
Launch your web browser and test your internet connection.

To restart your **Actiontec T3200M** modem:

1. From the back of your **Actiontec** wireless modem, disconnect the power cord 
2. Wait 30 seconds 
3. Reconnect the power cord to the back of your modem 
4. Wait 5 minutes, then check your modem. The following lights should be green:
        * Internet 
        * Wi-Fi
**IMPORTANT**: If any of these lights are off, check all cable connections to your computer, telephone jack, and modem. Your telephone cable should have a **maximum length of 12 feet**. 

5. Try restarting your computer/device and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi 
6. Launch your web browser and test your internet connection
