The TELUS Rewards™ program is a free program that allows TELUS customers to access free perks and discounts. Plus, earn points that can be redeemed for a wide array of gift cards and more in our digital catalogue.
If you have two or more eligible services, you will earn 2% in points on your monthly TELUS Home Solutions bill. You will also receive two Rewards points each month if you have a linked Mobility account. Plus, receive an anniversary bonus each year on your TELUS Rewards anniversary.
What counts as monthly TELUS Home Services?
As a TELUS Rewards Plus customer, earn 2% in points on eligible TELUS Services, including overages, features and pay-per-use, video on demand purchases, all rental charges and customer premise equipment and all product-level credits and adjustments.
Additionally, if you have a linked or consolidated postpaid TELUS Mobility account, you will receive two points per month for the Mobility service.
There is no minimum spend required to earn points. Your invoice can be less than $50, and you can still participate in the program. You can treat the points as currency in our rewards catalogue, as we want to ensure you maximize your monthly earning potential. You can think of the decimals as cents that will help you earn more points each month.

Do my points expire?
Points only expire if your account is suspended or cancelled. After 90 days of suspension or cancellation, your points history will be lost. Once services are cancelled, you will be unable to redeem your points unless you reinstate your services within the 90-day window. Please see the
