Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to return a Bring-It-Back™ device

To check if your device is eligible for return and meets the program’s condition requirements, complete the device assessment below:

: A TELUS representative will also evaluate your device to determine the final value.
Does the device power on and navigate properly to the home screen?
Is the user data erased and the activation lock turned off (includes
Find my iPhone
and other device activation locks)?
Is the front and/or back glass free of cracks, chips and damage (e.g. severe scratches)?
Is the display free of any issues (e.g. screen burn-in, non-functional pixels, blue lines, flickering, etc.)?
Are all of the applicable components intact and functioning properly: cameras, speakers, buttons, stylus, microphone, battery, hinge, charging port, etc.?

You can return your Bring-It-Back device in-person at a TELUS store. Or, if you’re upgrading to a new phone online, you can return your device without visiting a store by selecting to mail it back to us with Online Returns.
