You may return your Pik TV hardware within 30-days of purchase at the same location in which it was purchased.
If you ordered your Pik TV media box online, from a door-to-door sales rep, or from a sales rep in the lobby of your residential building, call us to cancel your subscription and follow the instructions below.
How to return your Pik TV media box
In store purchases
For media boxes purchased at a TELUS Store, Dealer or London Drugs:
- Package your equipment
Put the media box back into original packaging (Include your Pik TV remote, HDMI cable and power adapter)
- Take your package and the original receipt to the point of purchase.
An email with a copy of this information will be sent to the email address on file. The one-time Pik TV Media Box fee will be refunded if the Pik TV media box is returned to the point of purchase, in good condition, and with the original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Package your equipment
Put the media box back into original packaging (Include Pik TV remote , HDMI cable and power adapter)
- Include a copy of the first page of your recent TELUS bill in the box to verify the following information:
- First and last name of account holder
- Telephone number associated with the account
- Your account number (This information can be found in the header section of your TELUS bill.)
Note: We are not able to process the return without this information.
- Service address of account holder
Alternatively, if you can't provide a copy of your bill, please capture the information above on a piece of paper and include it in the box.
Return via Canada Post
- Visit your nearest Canada Post retail outlet and let the representative know that you are returning equipment to TELUS
- You will be given a prepaid waybill with a preprinted TELUS return address and unique waybill number. Please ensure that the information on the waybill matches the account name and phone number where the equipment was used
- Track your package until it reaches TELUS
Note: You are responsible for the returned products until they have been received by TELUS. Please ensure that you save your prepaid waybill number so you can track it on the Canada Post website. Purchasing parcel insurance is also highly recommended.
Once the hardware is recieved, it will take approximately 2 weeks to process the return. A credit for the one-time Pik TV Media Box fee will be applied to your account within 3 billing cycles.
Note: Stores and retailers cannot assist with Pik TV subscription cancellations. If you have exceeded the 30-day cancellation window, your Pik TV Media Box is considered as purchased and cannot be returned for a refund.
