For Apple TVs purchased at a TELUS Store:
Package your equipment. Put the Apple TV back into original packaging (Include the Apple remote and power adapter)
Take your package and the original receipt to the point of purchase.
An email with a copy of this information will be sent to the email address on file. The Apple TV purchase price will be refunded if the Apple TV is returned to the point of purchase, in good condition, and with the original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date.
If you ordered your Apple TV online, from a door-to-door sales representative, or from a sales representative in the lobby of your residential building, call us to cancel your subscription and follow the instructions below:
Package your equipment. Put the Apple TV back into original packaging (Include the Apple remote and power adapter)
Include a copy of the first page of your recent TELUS bill in the box to verify the following information:
a. First and last name of account holder
b. Telephone number associated with the account
c. Your account number (This information can be found in the header section of your TELUS bill.)
d. Service address of account holder
Return via Canada Post
a. Visit your nearest Canada Post retail outlet and let the representative know that you are returning equipment to TELUS
b. You will be given a prepaid waybill with a preprinted TELUS return address and unique waybill number. Please ensure that the information on the waybill matches the account name and phone number where the equipment was used
c. Track your package until it reaches TELUS
We will not be able to process any returns without the information outlined above. If you cannot provide a copy of your bill, please capture the information above on a piece of paper and include it in the box.
You are responsible for the returned products until they have been received by TELUS. Please ensure that you save your prepaid waybill number so you can track it on the Canada Post website. Purchasing parcel insurance is also highly recommended.
Once the hardware is received, it will take approximately 2 weeks to process the return.
