If you have a TELUS Home Services or Mobility account

We will need your account number and security PIN number.

If you don't have any existing TELUS services?

We need two of the following IDs so we can perform a credit check to open up a new account for you: Health card, Driver’s license or SIN number. We keep all of this information safe and will not use it for any other purpose.

In case of an emergency, you can provide up to three emergency contacts.
