The Rate Plan Price Lock (“Lock”) applies to the Monthly Charge for eligible post-paid mobility plans, before any applicable taxes, other government imposed fees, discounts, promotions and bill credits, for a duration of 5 years starting from the time of eligible plan activation. Prices of features, add-ons and pay-per-use rates, including, but not limited to, Easy Roam® rates, are not guaranteed during the 5-year Lock period and are subject to change. The Lock may be removed upon rate plan change or renewal or if the customer no longer meets the eligibility criteria.
- Devices purchased on the Bring-It-Back program must be returned in good working condition or you will be responsible for the difference between the Bring-It-Back program amount and the lower trade-in value for a device that is not in good working condition. Trade-in standards published at the time a device is returned will apply. Applicable sales taxes are due at time of purchase on the full purchase price. You will not be charged tax on the Bring-It-Back Program Amount if you choose to keep your device and pay back the Bring-It-Back Program Amount at, or before, the end of the 24 month term. Bring-It-Back program is only available while you subscribe to mobility service. If mobility service is cancelled before the end of the term, the Bring-It-Back Program Amount will be charged to your TELUS bill.
- Subject to approved credit with a 24-month TELUS Easy Payment® agreement (0% APR) on any in-market plan with data and voice included. TELUS Easy Payment® balance will be repaid over a 24 month period via equal monthly payments. Payment of any outstanding TELUS Easy Payment® balance due upon termination, or account transfer. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the total no term price less any device discounts and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Pay-per-use charges (including long distance, roaming and additional airtime or data) are extra.
- To be eligible for Family discounts, at least two subscribers on an account must be on an unlimited plan. Only the subscribers on unlimited plans are eligible to receive the discounts. Discounts are as follows: $7.50 per line per month for two lines, $10 per line per month for three lines and $15 per line per month for four to nine lines. Discounts will be updated when subscribers are added or removed on an account. Consumer accounts only.
- Offer available for referees who activate an in-market unlimited mobility plan or voice plan with TELUS. Referees receive a one-time $50 bill credit, for a successful referral. The referrer will also receive a one-time $50 bill credit. Referrers have a limit of 6 successful referrals per calendar year, with a maximum total value of $300, per subscriber on the account. TELUS reserves the right to end the offer or the program or change any of the terms or offers at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any referral credits. Offer valid in AB, BC, SK, MB, ON, QC, NB, NS, PEI, NT, Nunavut, YK. The referral program is not available for referring existing customers who are switching, renewing, downgrading or upgrading their service. Bill credits are non-transferable, can only be applied to pay for services charges, and carry no cash value after deactivating your services. Credit provided is discretionary and includes applicable taxes (based on the taxes levied in the province of supply) therefore the value displayed on your bill is the value before tax. For example, a $10 discretionary credit towards Internet service offered in BC includes $0.62 PST and $0.45 GST, meaning the credit value displayed will be $8.93. The $0.62 PST and $0.45 are captured as reductions in the amount of tax charged on your balance owing. Connected accessories, including smart watch and tablet are excluded. When referring subscribers, you must meet the referral program terms and conditions, and send and acknowledge the referral, before the eligible line is activated. TELUS team members, contractors, sales representatives acting on TELUS' behalf, and associates at retail locations who receive special pricing are excluded from this Program.
