Yes, you can cancel at any time, and there is no commitment or term for the HomePro membership. Charges will be prorated if the membership is cancelled in between billing cycles.

If you have Amazon Prime outside of TELUS, simply link your Amazon account via an email you will receive once you’ve subscribed and your account will be linked as part of your HomePro membership. Amazon will pause your existing standalone Prime membership and you will not be double billed.

Once you’ve become a HomePro member, you will receive an email with instructions on how to transfer your Amazon Prime account to your HomePro membership without being double-billed. 

If Prime was part of your Optik TV package in place of a channel theme pack, we will replace it with a new theme pack which you can change by logging into your My TELUS account. There will be no change to the total of your Optik TV bill. 

If Prime was part of your Optik TV package as an à la carte selection, we’ll simply remove it from your package when you become a HomePro member. You will not be double-billed.
