TELUS offers hassle-free returns, in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for all TELUS devices. There are no assessment charges, loaner fees¹ or add-on repair charges to have your device repaired at TELUS. Our priority is getting you reconnected as fast as we can.
For your convenience, there are now more repair locations available to you. You can visit a TELUS store or a Mobile Klinik location for phone repair services.
Mobile Klinik is authorized by select phone manufacturers to perform repair service usually within the same day, and are backed by their own industry-leading lifetime repair warranty (parts and labour).

All new TELUS iPhones, smartphones and feature phones come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty of 1 to 3 years depending on the model. Please refer to the warranty information included with your device for complete rules and conditions.
TELUS Certified Pre-owned phones have a 1-year Certified Pre-owned warranty from TELUS.
Only manufacturer’s defects are covered under the limited warranty. This does not include physical and/or liquid damage.

Smart Hubs, hotspots and Internet keys (mobile Internet devices)
All new TELUS mobile Internet devices come with a limited warranty of 1 year. Only manufacturer’s defects, not physical and/or liquid damage, are covered under the limited warranty.
If your device is:
Prepaid customers may be required to leave a deposit
If you have a disability or ordered your phone online, you have 30 days to return or exchange your device
Every new Apple Watch comes with a limited 1 year manufacturer’s warranty from Apple.
Only manufacturer’s defects, not physical and/or liquid damage, are covered under the limited warranty.
Phone activated with an eSIM voucher?
Any eSIM downloaded onto the phone may be wiped during the repair process. If your phone’s eSIM line is active, and the eSIM download is wiped during repair, you will need to visit your eSIM carrier to receive and activate a new voucher. A non-TELUS carrier may charge you for the new voucher.
Note
: Wiping the eSIM download from the phone does not deactivate the rate plan.
Note
: TELUS and its subsidiaries (“TELUS”) are not responsible for loss of carrier service as a result of an eSIM download wipe performed on any non-TELUS eSIM. If your phone’s eSIM line is currently active through a carrier other than TELUS, you are responsible for obtaining and activating a new eSIM card from the carrier. You are responsible for any charges that your carrier may apply for a replacement eSIM card.
