What if I already have Amazon Prime with TELUS Optik TV?

Once you’ve become a HomePro member, you will receive an email with instructions on how to transfer your Amazon Prime account to your HomePro membership without being double-billed.

If Prime was part of your Optik TV package in place of a channel theme pack, we will replace it with a new theme pack which you can change by logging into your My TELUS account. There will be no change to the total of your Optik TV bill.

If Prime was part of your Optik TV package as an à la carte selection, we’ll simply remove it from your package when you become a HomePro member. You will not be double-billed.

Is a HomePro Starter membership available in all regions?

Do I need to be a TELUS customer to sign up for a HomePro Starter membership?

Am I eligible to enroll in HomePro Plus?
