Rebooting your Control Panel for TELUS Business customers

Instructions for rebooting your Control Panel

If your TELUS Secure Business Control Panel is experiencing issues, you can often resolve it by rebooting your panel.

  1. On your Control Panel, select
    Settings
    from the dropdown menu
    Configure my chime settings / Control Panel Settings

  2. Select
    Advanced Settings
    and then enter your master code
    Configure my chime settings / Control Panel Advanced Settings

  3. Select
    Panel Reboot
    Reboot your Control Panel / Panel Reboot

  4. Wait for the Control Panel to restart
