We bring PureFibre to your building

We first assess if your building is eligible for PureFibre. Then we work with your strata and/or building management to connect the network directly to your building’s main electrical room.

We bring PureFibre to your suite

We usually install PureFibre through the conduit from your building’s main telecommunication/ electrical room(s) to a location inside each unit. Before connecting your suite, we’ll contact you to obtain your permission.

You order PureFibre services

Once PureFibre is connected to all of the suites in your building, we’ll let everyone know that work is complete and you can start ordering TELUS PureFibre™ services like Internet and Optik TV.

Ask your strata council or building manager to give us permission to connect it.

What does it cost to get PureFibre?

Upgrading to the TELUS PureFibre network won’t cost building owners or residents anything. We’ll provide all infrastructure, design consultation and wiring installation to each suite. That means, for no additional cost, you’ll have access to the best technology, now and in the future.

If the building has existing internal conduit that is in good condition and has room to spare, fibre is usually installed through the conduit from the main telecommunication/electrical room(s) to a location inside each suite.

Our technicians will be respectful and as non-invasive as possible. If any major disturbances seem likely, we’ll ask for your approval before proceeding.
