In just a few simple steps, we’ll assign a dedicated team to guide you through the connection process, keep you informed, and answer your questions.

We bring PureFibre to your building.

We’ll contact you to obtain approval to assess your building’s eligibility for PureFibre. Then present a design plan for approval before connecting the network directly to the main electrical room.

We bring PureFibre to your suite.

We install individual PureFibre cables in each residential unit in the building with the owner’s approval.

You order PureFibre services.

Once individual cables are installed in your building’s suites, we’ll let everyone know that work is complete. Then you can start ordering TELUS PureFibre™ services like Internet and Optik TV.

What does it cost to get PureFibre?

Upgrading to the TELUS PureFibre network won’t cost building owners or residents anything. We’ll provide all infrastructure, design consultation and wiring installation to each suite. That means, for no additional cost, you’ll have access to the best technology, now and in the future.
