I did everything as instructed, but the service is not working (no internet, no Wi-Fi or slow internet). What should I do? | Check the connections, lights (on both the Wireless Home Internet unit and wireless gateway), and positioning and direction of the Wireless Home Internet unit. Also, ensure there are no obstructions between the unit and cell tower. If you're unable to identify the issue, book an appointment |
