Locating your account number
You’ll need your account number for bill payments made outside of My TELUS. It can also be used to set up a My TELUS account.
Bill summary
Your monthly bill starts with a summary view of balance carried forward from last month, total account balance, payment due date and payment options. It also includes the option to download the PDF view of the bill.
Balance carried forward from last bill: Any unpaid balance from your previous month’s bill.
New and recurring monthly charges
This section includes current monthly charges for your home services, your plan, add-ons and other charges and credits, such as 911 fees and all applicable taxes.
Your plan: This section contains details of your monthly rate plan as well as any features and services that are included with your plan.
Your add-ons: These are charges for any additional services and/or features not included in your monthly rate plan.
Note: A one-time charge such as an installation fee may appear in the above section on your first bill. However, this is not a recurring fee and will not show up on future bills.
First bill and prorated (partial charges)
Every TELUS Home Solutions customer gets assigned to a bill cycle. At the start of each bill cycle, you'll be charged for your regular monthly services, such as Home Phone and Internet, which are billed 1 month in advance.
Your first TELUS bill will be somewhat different from future TELUS bills. That is because we bill you 1 month in advance and your activation day may not align with your bill cycle date, which is why you would incur a partial charge. Partial charges result in a first bill that could be higher than subsequent bills.
You may also see partial charges when you change or cancel your plans, if the day of plan change or cancellation does not align with your assigned bill cycle. This means you’ll see partial charges from the change date till your bill cycle date as well as a charge for next month’s regular bill.

Additional charges, credits and your total due
Usage charges: These charges occur when your usage exceeds the total included in your monthly rate plan (if applicable). This may include additional internet data usage or long distance charges.
Account-wide charges: These are the charges and credits related to full account and not related to any specific section of your bill. Examples include late payment charges for past due balance or credit applied to the account.
Total due: Your total new charges (including applicable taxes), plus any balance owing from your last bill and late payment charges (if applicable). Payments are due upon receipt.
Last payment and past bills
