Self-installation resources for the Smart Hub Indoor Unit (IDU) - ZTE MC8010CA

On the bottom of the unit, lift the plastic covering above the image of the SIM card and the word .

Insert the SIM card. The SIM card goes in the first notch/cut edge on the far right-side (see the image above showing the SIM card slot), with the gold contacts facing down and the SIM card numbers facing up.

When inserting the SIM card, there should be a "soft clicking" sound locking it in to place as the SIM card slot is spring-loaded. Once it's in place, the SIM card will be flush.

After the SIM card is inserted, please plug your smart hub power cord into a power source.

Wait for the lights to come on. There should be blue or white lights above the , and LEDs.

Once the , , and lights are either blue or white, please connect your devices via an ethernet cable to one of the LAN Ports (one of the bottom 2 ports on the back of the hub) or via your Wi-Fi network. The default Wi-Fi network name and password can be found on the bottom of the hub, to the right of the SIM card slot.
