TELUS Home Services referral program FAQ

To be eligible to participate in the program as a referrer, you must be an existing TELUS Home Service customer with an active My TELUS account and your account must be in good standing.

TELUS team members, contractors, sales representatives acting on TELUS's behalf and associates at retail locations who receive special pricing are excluded from this program.

Corporate and business accounts are not eligible.

Please note that the final eligibility assessment is at TELUS’ sole discretion.

You can refer a friend or family member. Referrals are not eligible if you are on the same account as the person you want to refer.

The referrer and referee must subscribe to one of the following plans to be eligible for the referral reward:

If you meet the program eligibility requirements, you can access your referral dashboard through the offers page on your My TELUS web account. Through your referral dashboard, you will be able to share your personal referral link with your friends and family members.

If the individual being referred is interested, they can fill out the callback form on the referral landing page, which can be located through the personal referral link you have shared with them. A TELUS representative will contact them to complete their Home Service product referral.

The referrer will receive a $50 Amazon.ca gift card for each eligible TELUS service activated by the referee. These rewards will be emailed to you, to a maximum of $200 per year for activated Home Solutions products.

The referee will receive a minimum of $50 one-time bill credit per successful activation of a Home Services product.

There is no limit to the number of referrals that a referrer can submit. There is a maximum of $200 in rewards per year for activated Home Solutions products.

You can check the status of your referrals by accessing your referral dashboard through the offers page on your My TELUS web account.

Depending on your reward, the receipt can vary. Once a referral has been successfully verified and installation is confirmed, the reward process will begin:

Yes, you can refer a customer who has an existing service with TELUS. However, the existing service cannot be the product the referee is referred for.

If you cancel your Home Services plans before your bill credit can be applied, the reward will be null and void.

The credit provided is discretionary and includes applicable taxes (based on the taxes levied in the province of supply). Therefore, the value displayed on your bill is the value before tax. For more information and examples that apply to other Home Services, please visit
