Using TalkBack
Samsung Galaxy XCover 4 on Android 9.0.0
Use the TalkBack function on your device to help you navigate it by touch. The device will speak what is on the screen an you can tap anywhere on the screen to tap the item that is being spoken.
Note: TalkBack provides spoken feedback so that you can use your device without viewing the screen. This feature is helpful for individuals with blindness or visual impairments.

From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.

Tap the Settings icon.

Scroll to Accessibility.

Tap Accessibility.

Scroll to Installed services.

Tap Installed services.

Tap TalkBack.

Tap Settings.

Select your preferences.
Note: From this screen, you can adjust TalkBack settings including sound volume, spoken passwords, and more.

Tap the Back icon.

Tap or slide the TalkBack switch to On.

Tap OK.

Swipe from left to right until the TalkBack switch is selected.
Note: Swiping left and right navigates between items read aloud. Using two fingers allows users to scroll.

Quickly tap the screen twice to activate the selected item.
Note: Performing a double-tap activates the selected item.
