Setting up mobile hotspot
Samsung Galaxy XCover 4 on Android 9.0.0
Set up your device as a Mobile Hotspot so you can share your data connection with other devices. Your device will create a Wi-Fi hotspot with its data connection. Other devices will be able to connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot.
Note: Use Mobile Hotspot to share your internet connection with other devices. You'll be charged for the data used by all devices connected to your hotspot.

From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.

Tap the Settings icon.

Tap Connections.

Tap Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.

Tap Mobile Hotspot.

Tap the Menu icon.

Tap Configure Mobile Hotspot.

Scroll to the Security dropdown.
Note: The Configure screen lets you choose the type of security you want. You can also find your device password here.

Tap the Security dropdown.

Select your preferred security type.

Scroll to the Password field.

Tap the Password field.

Enter your new password.

Tap Save.

Tap or slide the Mobile Hotspot switch to On.
Note: If necessary, tap OK to turn off Wi-Fi.
