If you already have an account with Netflix, Apple TV+ or discovery+, you will be able to link your existing account during the Stream+ activation process so you don't lose your watch history or account details. Once you link your existing account, your billing will transfer over to TELUS and you should no longer be charged by the streaming service provider.
For TELUS TV+, there is no linking or activation required. Simply go to
and log in with your My TELUS credentials to start watching content.
How do I cancel Stream+?
Since there is no commitment tied to Stream+, you can cancel the bundle at any time. If you would like to cancel your Stream+ bundle, you can do so through

What will happen to my Netflix, Apple TV+, discovery+, and TELUS TV+ accounts when I cancel Stream+?
If you cancel Stream+, you will no longer have access to your streaming accounts through TELUS. Your subscription may automatically renew with the streaming service provider if your previous method of payment is still on your account and up to date. Otherwise, you may have to update your payment information to resume service with the streaming service provider again.
With respect to billing, you will be charged a prorated amount starting from the first day of your billing cycle up until the day you cancel Stream+ with TELUS.
