- Optik TV: $150

It depends on where you live and other factors. Sometimes it’s only a few days, but typically between 1 and 2 weeks.
It depends on the wiring in your home and the number of services you are installing. For example, if you’re getting both Optik TV and Internet, expect the installation to take 2 – 4 hours. Internet alone should take about 1 - 2 hours.
We recommend waiting until your new services are installed. That way, if you need to reschedule your appointment, you’ll still have active services.
If you sign up for 2 year term, the hardware for your first 2 TVs is included at no extra charge.
If you want to connect more than 2 TVs, you’ll need an additional wireless digital box for each. The rental cost is $10 per month, per box.
If you don’t sign up for a term, hardware rental costs are:
- 4K PVR for your first TV: $20 per month
- Wireless digital box of each additional TV: $10 per month
Note that you can connect a maximum of 6 TVs in total, whether you’re on a term or not.
You are free to cancel at any time. However, if you cancel a single service (Optik TV or Internet), $15 per month for every month remaining on your Optik TV or internet term or $30 per month if you cancel both services.
If you have received a gift with purchase (for example a free TV) you will need to pay out the remainder of its value on top of the service cancellation fees above. Prices vary depending on the gift.
