1. HOW TO ENTER & ELIGIBILITY
No Purchase Necessary. There are two ways to enter. Entrants must (i) complete and submit the online form located at www.telus.com/about/giftcardcontest; or (ii) sign up for our newsletter at www.telus.com/deals-and-bundles. Only one entry per person is accepted. No other form of participation is accepted. In the event of a dispute on the entrant identity, the person who is the holder of the email address specified on the online form will be deemed to be the entrant.
Contest runs January 2, 2026 9AM EST - march 31, 2026 at 11:59PM EST.
To be eligible entries must be received on or before the closing date of March 31 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Entrants must be a Canadian resident 18 years of age or older. Entries must be received on or before the end of contest closing date. Contest not open to employees of TELUS Corporation (“TELUS”) or any of their affiliated companies or subsidiaries, sales agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and members with whom they are domiciled.
By accepting these Contest Rules, entrants agree that any and all liability related to this contest by TELUS is limited to the value of the Prize(s) as defined hereinafter.
2. THE PRIZE
There will be two (2) winners selected. Each winner will receive the following prize: (the “Prize”):
One (1) CDN $250 Prepaid Visa Gift Card
Prize must be accepted as awarded and with no substitutions, is/are not transferable unless set out in the Contest Rules and cannot be exchanged with TELUS for cash. TELUS reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equivalent value if such prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
3. THE DRAW
A random draw to select the winner of both prizes will take place on or about April 6, 2026. The selected entrant will be notified by email within four business days of the draw. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within four business days, or if the selected entrant does not meet all of the contest rules, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. To win, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone or email at a prearranged mutually convenient time. The winning entrant must sign a standard Release form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and releasing TELUS and its directors, officers, partnership interest holders, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the contest including liability arising from the acceptance of and usage of the prizes as awarded. Failure to comply with the Contest Rules or to sign and return the Release form within 3 business days of receipt will result in disqualification and another entry will be drawn.
4. ENTRIES
All entries become the property of TELUS. TELUS assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by TELUS on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from this contest. TELUS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of TELUS and its advertising and promotional agencies, corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest or for any other reason. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Entries submitted by unauthorized means or by spamming will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that an entry has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these rules and/or an entrant has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant and all of his/her entries will be disqualified. - TELUS offers a 12-month limited warranty on select new smartphones (“Phone” or “Phones”), commencing on the date that the Phone’s 1-year manufacturer’s warranty expires, that the Phone shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the eligibility requirements, conditions and limitations below. In order to be eligible for this warranty, the Phone must have been purchased from TELUS or Koodo on or after October 24, 2025, must have an active TELUS or Koodo mobility plan, and must have had an original manufacturer’s warranty period of not more than 1 year. Sonim devices, smartphones with a manufacturer’s warranty of more than 1 year, tablets, watches, accessories, and all other Mobility products are not eligible for this warranty.
- Devices purchased on the Bring-It-Back program must be returned in good working condition or you will be responsible for the difference between the Bring-It-Back program amount and the lower trade-in value for a device that is not in good working condition. Trade-in standards published at the time a device is returned will apply. Applicable sales taxes are due at time of purchase on the full purchase price. You will not be charged tax on the Bring-It-Back Program Amount if you choose to keep your device and pay back the Bring-It-Back Program Amount at, or before, the end of the 24 month term. Bring-It-Back program is only available while you subscribe to mobility service. If mobility service is cancelled before the end of the term, the Bring-It-Back Program Amount will be charged to your TELUS bill.
