Stuck on initializing
If your wired digital box is stuck on initializing follow these steps to restore or improve your service
- Check if your Internet is working
- Check that all connections are tight
- Ensure the lights on your modem are on:
|Lights on and blinking||T1200||T3200|
|Internet||On and blinking green||On and blinking green|
|HPNA||On and blinking||N/A|
|Coax||N/A||On and blinking|
4. Reboot devices in the following sequence:
* All remaining boxes

Confirm what equipment you have
Identify whether you have a T3200 or wireless access point and use the troubleshooting steps associated with your device.
