SmartHome Security equipment ownership policy

Effective as of April 05, 2021

Security equipment provided in a TELUS Security Bundle is the property of TELUS. However, the following devices are exempt and do not need to be returned:

  • Smoke detectors

  • Locks

Any equipment you purchase outright belongs to you and does not need to be returned.
