We’re thrilled to announce that we have updated the Pik TV experience and launched a number of exciting new features. Access it all on the new TELUS TV+ app.

Never miss a moment of action. Pause your live TV feed for up to 15 minutes on your TELUS TV Digital Box, Apple TV or iOS devices.

Turn almost any screen into a TV screen. You can now cast your TELUS TV+ iOS mobile app to supported TVs and devices with Airplay.

Multi-task on your iOS device without quitting your TV stream. You can scale down the video player to see your home screen and open and use other apps.

What's staying the same

Continue enjoying all of your Pik TV favourites on the TELUS TV+ app for Apple TV with the same familiar features and navigation.

What to expect:

  • Following the update, you will be prompted to download the TELUS TV+ app to your Apple TV or mobile device. Your Android TV app will be updated with the TELUS TV+ name

  • The first time you access the new app, you will need to log in with your My TELUS credentials. Forgot your username or password? You can reset it at
    telus.com/MyTELUS

  • After successfully installing the TELUS TV+ app, you should delete/uninstall the old Pik TV app from your device to ensure you’re getting the best viewing experience
