How to optimize the image resolution and quality of your video camera
The live video’s image quality on your indoor or outdoor camera can be optimized based on your needs.
If you want to improve the finer details in the stream - increase the video image quality. If you want to reduce the amount of bandwidth the video device needs - decrease the quality.
Follow these instructions here to adjust the image quality of your video cameras.
- Log in to theweb portal
- ClickVideo
- ClickSettings
- Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired indoor or outdoor camera
- ClickLive Video
- Under Image Resolution & Quality, click to select the desired image quality
