Scheduling an Apple Support call

Learn how to get support for your device. Depending on your device and what is wrong with it, you may be able to schedule a call or chat from your device.

  1. Step 1/12

    From the Home screen, swipe to Apple Support.

    Note: You may need to install Apple Support from the App Store.

    The indicator is towards the right.
  2. Step 2/12

    Tap Apple Support.

    The indicator is in the center.
  3. Step 3/12

    Tap Get Support.

    The indicator is towards the bottom.
  4. Step 4/12

    Select which device you need support for.

    The indicator is towards the left.
  5. Step 5/12

    Select a troubleshooting topic.

    The indicator is towards the left.
  6. Step 6/12

    Select a troubleshooting issue.

    The indicator is towards the right.
  7. Step 7/12

    Tap Schedule a Call.

    The indicator is towards the left.
  8. Step 8/12

    Select your preferred call date.

    The indicator is in the top left.
  9. Step 9/12

    Select your preferred call time.

    The indicator is in the center.
  10. Step 10/12

    Tap Schedule a Call.

    The indicator is towards the bottom.
  11. Step 11/12

    Tap Done.

    Note: From this screen, you can add your scheduled call to your one of your calendars.

    The indicator is in the top right.
