Explore an interactive view of the front of your device. Learn about various icons, buttons, and features and where they're located.

  • Audio/headphone jack: Used to plug in your headset or headphones.

    The indicator is in the bottom left.
  • Back icon: Used to go back one screen.

    The indicator is in the bottom left.
  • Camera icon: Opens the Camera app.

    The indicator is towards the bottom.
  • Chrome icon: Opens the browser for exploring the internet.

    The indicator is in the bottom right.
  • Front camera: Used for taking pictures and recording videos.

    The indicator is towards the top.
  • Gallery icon: Opens the Gallery app for viewing images.

    The indicator is towards the bottom.
  • Google Assistant button: Launches Google Assistant.

    The indicator is towards the left.
  • Home icon: Takes you to the last Home screen you were on. If you're on a Home screen, it will take you to the main Home screen. Touch and hold for Google Assistant.

  • Messages: Opens the app for sending and receiving text messages.

  • Microphone: Built-in microphone used for phone calls and voice commands.

  • Nano SIM / microSD card slot: Insert or remove your nano SIM / microSD card here.

    The indicator is towards the top.
  • Phone icon: Opens the keypad and phone functions.

    The indicator is in the bottom left.
  • Power/lock button: Press to lock or unlock the touchscreen. Hold down to turn the device on or off.

    The indicator is in the top right.
  • Recent apps icon: Shows the apps you've recently opened, letting you switch between and close apps that are running. Touch and hold to enter split screen mode.

  • Speaker: Used to play sounds on your device.

    The indicator is in the bottom right.
  • USB/charging port: Connects your phone to the battery charger or to another device for transferring data.

    The indicator is towards the bottom.
  • Volume buttons: Adjusts the volume on your device.

    The indicator is in the top left.
