Self-install

Products are shipped to you with installation instructions. Not available for Internet or Optik TV.

Virtual Install

A technician will complete all work outside your home, and leave sanitized devices at your door. Then they’ll video call you and guide you through the installation.

In-person Install

Once the technician has asked you some COVID-screening questions to ensure safety, they may enter your home and complete the installation. If it’s not deemed safe to enter, they’ll complete a Virtual Install or offer to reschedule your appointment.

• Installation is free on a 2 year term or $100 without a term
• You can book an installation appointment during checkout
• You may find time slots within the next few days, but expect 1 – 2 weeks
• For internet alone, installation takes 1 – 2 hours. For internet + Optik TV, expect 2 – 4 hours

On a 2 year term, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you can cancel within 30 days of installation. All fees – including monthly charges, installation fees (if any) and up to $100 in pay-per-view charges – will be waived. If you received a gift with purchase, you have 21 days to return it.

After 30 days, if you cancel your internet and/or TV service, the fee will be $15 for each service, for each month (or partial month) remaining in your term. For example:

If you cancel your TV service at the end of month 18, there are still 6 months remaining in your term. So the cancellation fee will be 6 months x $15 = $90 (plus taxes)

If you cancel both Internet and TV at the end of month 18, there are still 6 months remaining in your term. So the cancellation fee will be 6 months x $30 = $180 (plus taxes)

No term

If you are not on a term agreement (or if you’ve completed it) you may cancel services any time without charge. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply.

Theme packs are small bundles of channels of a similar genre (e.g. news, lifestyle, movies, etc.) Adding theme packs is convenient and cheaper than buying all the individual channels.

Our premium options represent the very best in entertainment. Popular premium options include Netflix, Crave, Sportsnet World, and a variety of premium foreign language packages.
