Troubleshoot your remote control for Optik TV

Figure out why your Classic, Slimline or Slimline 2 remote isn’t working

Note: The steps vary slightly, depending on which remote you have (the Classic Optik remote, the Slimline remote, or the Slimline remote 2 ). The Classic remote has a curved shape, the Slimline remote has straight edges with a mode button in the upper left-hand corner, and the Slimline remote 2 has separate power buttons for the TV and Optik digital box located at its top.
