Changing your password on your My TELUS profile

Please note that this is an online-only task that can easily be done using either My TELUS online or the app.

Steps to change your password

  1. Log in to My TELUS
  2. Go to My Profile from the left-hand sidebar
  3. Select Contact & security settings
  4. Under Profile security, select Change next to your Password
  5. Enter your current password
  6. Enter your new password and re-enter to verify
  7. Select Continue
