  1. Log in to your
    My TELUS
    .

  2. Go to
    My Profile
    .

  3. Under the billing name, select
    Change password
    as seen below:
    Change your password

  4. Enter your current password.

  5. Enter your new password according to the requirements.

  6. Re-enter your new password to confirm.

  7. Select
    Continue
    .
    Change your password continue
