SHS plans require either a 3-year or 5-year term, except Smart Camera and Smart Automation Plus plans, which only qualify for a 3-year term. Available to existing TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid customers who have not subscribed to SHS services in the past 90 days. Customers with an active TELUS or Koodo Mobility post-paid account will receive a discount of $10/month. Discounts are applied on the SHS plan and TELUS reserves the right to remove mobility discounts if the customer no longer meets eligibility requirements. Current regular pricing can be viewed at telus.com/homesecurity. Offers and regular pricing subject to change without notice.

Regular price of SHS plans are: $18/ month for Smart Camera plan, $38/month for Smart Automation Plus plan, $50/month for Secure plan, $60/month for Secure Plus Video plan, $60 /month for Control plan and $70/month for Control plus Video plan. On select eligible plans, receive a promotional discount of $5 off/month for the duration of the agreement (Smart Automation Plus, Secure, Secure and Control plans), Control Plus video will receive an additional $3 off /month, for a total discount of $8 off/ month. Regular price of SHS applies after 36 or 60 months.

Cannot be combined with other SHS promotional offers. Minimum system requirements apply. Equipment may not be as shown. Final eligibility for the services will be determined by a licensed and certified TELUS technician. A cancellation fee applies for early termination of the 3-year or 5-year service agreement equal to $10/month for the Smart Camera and Smart Automation Plus plans, and $35/month for the Secure and Control plans, multiplied by the number of months remaining in the service agreement (with a partial month counting as a full month), plus applicable taxes. Rental equipment must be returned in good condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. Professional installation fee of $175 applies for all professionally installed plans and customers who subscribe to 1 or more of the following services: post-paid TELUS Mobility, SmartHub or High Speed Internet. The professional installation fee for all other customers is $450. Additional installation fees may apply for extra equipment. A $100 kit fee is charged on self-install orders and is 100% refundable when service is activated within 30 days of order. This includes installation of automation and security devices, app installation and a walk-test where required. Once your service is activated you will be notified by email within 5 business days that the kit fee has been automatically refunded to your bill. Offer expires January 31, 2025.
