Restarting your modem is the most common solution for Internet connectivity issues
Begin troubleshooting your disconnecting Wi-Fi
To restart your Wi-Fi Hub
:
Disconnect the power cord from the back of your Wi-Fi hub.
Wait 10 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the back of your modem.
Wait 5 minutes, then check your modem. The LED on the front should turn solid green.
Important
: If the light does not turn green, check the fibre cable on the back and ensure it is fully plugged in.
If problems persist:
Try restarting your computer/device and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network.
Launch your web browser and test your internet connection.
