- TELUS offers a 12-month limited warranty on select new smartphones (“Phone” or “Phones”), commencing on the date that the Phone’s 1-year manufacturer’s warranty expires, that the Phone shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the eligibility requirements, conditions and limitations below. In order to be eligible for this warranty, the Phone must have been purchased from TELUS or Koodo on or after October 24, 2025, must have an active TELUS or Koodo mobility plan, and must have had an original manufacturer’s warranty period of not more than 1 year.
