TELUS SmartHome Security professional installation fee applies and is $150 for customers subscribed to one or more of the following services: TELUS postpaid mobility, SmartHub or High Speed Internet. The professional installation fee for all other customers is $450. A $100 kit fee is charged on self-install orders and will be added to your first bill. The kit fee is 100% refundable when you install and activate your service within 30 days of your order. This includes installation of automation and security devices, app installation and a walk-test where required. Once your service is activated you will be notified by email within 5 business days that the kit fee has been automatically refunded to your bill. One-time $50 activation fee applies to all new orders of Internet services, except orders placed on telus.com.
