You’ll get a call through your pendant’s two-way speaker asking if you need help.
Family or friends contacted
If you request help or are unable to respond, the Medical Alert operator will contact up to three family members or friends.
Emergency services contacted
If the situation requires, the Medical Alert operator will call and coordinate emergency services to your location.
