How it works

Emergency alert received

When the emergency button is pressed, or the available fall detection feature detects a fall, our trained Medical Alert operators spring into action.

Medical Alert Operator calls you

You’ll hear the voice of a trained Medical Alert operator through your pendant's base station. They’ll confirm your situation and initiate the appropriate calls.

Family or friends contacted

If you request help or are unable to respond, the Medical Alert operator will contact up to three family members or friends.

Emergency services contacted

If the situation requires, the Medical Alert operator will call and coordinate emergency services to your location.
