If your Apple Watch detects a hard fall, it will initiate an alert to our Central Monitoring Station. You can also call for help directly from your watchface, anytime and anywhere.
Trained operator responds
The professional staff at our Central Monitoring Station will attempt to make contact with you. All of our operators undergo over 300 hours of training to respond to medical and non-medical emergencies. They will work with you to determine the best course of action.
Family/friends informed
Our trained operators can also call your emergency contacts to let them know if you need assistance or if you are ok.
Emergency services dispatched
You can rest assured knowing that first responders will be dispatched swiftly in the event of a medical emergency.
