TELUS team members are diligently working around the clock and continue to make progress on restoring the remaining 0.5% of customers who continue to be affected by the recent TELUS.net outage.
This stage of the restoration process has been taking much longer than expected or desired due to the complexity of data being restored. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you we are taking the utmost care in handling your data.
