If you are looking for answers to the most frequently asked calendar questions, you’ve come to the right place. Our FAQs are here to help.

- Access your TELUS Rewards account by selecting 'TELUS Rewards' in the top navigation bar of telus.com, or by navigating directly totelus.com/rewards. Click on 'Unlock your benefits' to access your portal, if you are not already logged in you will be prompted to log in now.
- After logging in, if you have not already, you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions for the TELUS Rewards program to be able to access the offer.
- Click on the 'Get your 2026 TELUS calendar' banner on the dashboard carousel.
- Alternatively, click on the 'Catalogue' button at the top of the dashboard, then click the 'Get your 2026 TELUS calendar' offer from the list.
- Click 'Get member perk' to complete your order.
- Your order will be processed and you'll see a confirmation page
- Your calendar will arrive by mail in approximately 6-8 weeks after you submit your order. This may be further delayed during the busier holiday period. Please note: all calendars will only begin shipping in December.
- Go totelus.com/calendarand click on 'Order now for prepaid mobility and business customers'.
- You will be directed to a checkout page to confirm your information and mailing address.
- Confirm all fields and click 'Place Order' to complete your order.
- Your order will be processed and you'll see a confirmation page.
- Your calendar will arrive by mail in approximately 6-8 weeks after you submit your order. This may be further delayed during the busier holiday period. Please note: all calendars will only begin shipping in December.
On the order page, there is a link to where you can create a My TELUS account.
If you're still unable to create a My TELUS account to order a calendar, please submit an inquiry to

We are working hard to ensure your calendar arrives to you in the mail in approximately 6-8 weeks from when you have placed your order. This may be delayed during the busier holiday periods. If it's been longer than 8 weeks since you ordered, please reach out to

and indicate the date your order was placed. Please note: all calendars will only begin shipping in December.Due to high demand, we can only offer one calendar per customer.
Customers who order through TELUS Rewards will automatically be mailed their calendar to the address on file for your account.
Customers using the prepaid and business ordering form will have their calendar mailed to the address provided.
At this time, we can only mail calendars to Canadian addresses.
