When can I start using my Apple TV+ subscription service after the purchase?

What if I already have an Apple TV+ subscription?

After subscribing, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to link your existing Apple ID or create a new one. If you have an existing Apple TV+ subscription, Apple will pause your existing subscription unless it is provided through Apple One. If you have Apple One, you will continue to be billed by Apple for Apple One. For any Apple TV+ inquiries, including billing for Apple One, please visit the Apple TV Support page.

How do I install the TELUS TV Digital Box?

The new TELUS TV Digital Box is designed to be self-installed. Installation instructions will be provided with the TELUS TV Digital Box to guide you through the setup process.

When the box arrives, consult the quick install guide, connect the TELUS TV Digital Box to your TV using the supplied HDMI cable for best performance (do not use your own cable) and plug it in using the included power supply & follow the on-screen prompts.

The Apple TV+ subscription for $10.99/month ($2 discount) is only available to existing Stream+ Basic or Premium customers.
