iPad (5th generation) Taking Pictures and Changing Camera Modes

Your camera has multiple modes like panorama, beauty face, continuous shot, and sports. You can change these modes in the camera app on your mobile device.

Current Step: 1 - From the Home screen, tap Camera.
For this tutorial, we will be doing a walkthrough of all basic items of your device's camera.
  1. 1 - From the Home screen, tap Camera.
  2. 2 - To take a photo on your device, press the Shutter icon.
  3. 3 - In order to take a video, swipe to VIDEO.
  4. 4 - Tap the Record icon to start recording.
  5. 5 - Tap the Stop icon to stop recording.
  6. 6 - In order to take a video in SLO-MO, swipe to SLOW-MO.
  7. 7 - Tap the Record icon to start recording.
  8. 8 - Tap the Stop icon to stop recording.
  9. 9 - To access TIME-LAPSE, swipe to TIME-LAPSE.
  10. 10 - Tap the Record icon to start recording.
    • Remarque : You may want to plug in iPad before recording a time-lapse video in order to assist with battery usage
  11. 11 - Tap the Stop icon to stop recording.
  12. 12 - In order to take a live photo, swipe to PHOTO.
  13. 13 - Tap the LIVE icon to turn on Live mode.
  14. 14 - Tap the Shutter icon to take a photo.
  15. 15 - Tap the Photos icon.
  16. 16 - Hard press and hold the photo to view a short video captured when the photo was taken.
  17. 17 - Tap the Back icon to return to the Camera.
    • Remarque : Live Photos capture audio as well as video, so any sound will be heard in your Live Photo when it's played back.
  18. 18 - In order to switch the camera views, tap the Switch Camera icon on your device.
    • Remarque : This will apply to all but the PANO and SLO-MO options. If you swipe to either of these options, your device will reset to it's rear camera view.
  19. 19 - Press the Shutter icon to take a picture.
  20. 20 - You've completed the steps!
