Current Step: 1 - From the Samsung Health app main screen, scroll to Measure in the Heart rate section.
In this tutorial, we're showing how to track heart rate. However, you can also track your steps, log your meals and workouts, and more.
  1. 1 - From the Samsung Health app main screen, scroll to Measure in the Heart rate section.
  2. 2 - Tap Measure.
  3. 3 - Place your finger over the Heart rate sensor on the back of the phone.
    • Remarque : Use your fingertip to cover the sensor on the back of the device. Stay as quiet and still as possible for more accurate results.
  4. 4 - Once the measurement finishes, tap Save.
    • Remarque : All heart rate measurements along with the date and time will be saved in the Heart Rate log.
  5. 5 - You've completed the steps!
