Once registered, each device must have the push notifications toggled in the app. To avoid duplicate alerts, make sure to turn off text message alerts once you’ve successfully enabled push notifications on the web portal.

Your touchscreen may be out of range of the panel. Check how close you are to your panel, make sure your internet connection is good and check your security system status.
