When does my subscription start?
Your subscription starts as soon as you complete your order on telus.com. Once you see the “Thank you” page, your order has been processed.
The next step is to activate your subscription from the activation email sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
I have an existing streaming subscription through TELUS Subscriptions. Can I upgrade to the Stream+ bundle?
If you have a streaming subscription through TELUS Subscriptions, you will need to first cancel your streaming subscription, wait for your billing cycle to reset and then purchase Stream+ Basic or Premium.
How do I cancel a Subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop the renewal at your next billing date. Once cancelled, you will continue to receive your subscription services until your next billing date.
If you change your mind, you can always renew your subscription. To cancel or renew, please follow the steps below:

Why is my Subscription charge not showing on my Mobility bill?
TELUS Subscriptions is a service paid in advance on a credit card, while TELUS Home Services and Mobility are postpaid and billed monthly for the 30 days prior to your billing date.

TELUS Subscriptions is a service paid in advance on a credit card, while TELUS Home Services and Mobility are postpaid and billed monthly for the 30 days prior to your billing date.
How frequently will I be billed?
Subscription services will be billed on the same day of every month based on the day of the month that you ordered your service. For example, if you ordered your service on the ninth day of the month, you will be charged every month on the ninth day of the month.

How do I update my credit card information?
You can change your credit card information at any time by following the steps below:
A confirmation message will appear on screen to confirm your card has been updated.
Can I register more than one credit card on my account?
No. You can only register one credit card on your Subscriptions account.
How can I start using my Subscriptions?
You can start using your Subscriptions as soon as you activate. You will receive an activation email upon checkout of purchasing the service and then can follow the instructions in that email to activate and start enjoying your Subscriptions.
Where can I find the terms and conditions of my subscription?
You can download the Service Terms before you complete your subscription purchase. After subscribing, you can find the service terms in the
View your Receipts
section of your My TELUS account by following these steps:

Will I receive a refund after canceling my subscription?
Refunds are not provided for Subscriptions unless you live in Quebec, where you will be provided a pro-rated refund upon cancellation. If you live outside of Quebec and choose to cancel a subscription, you will still receive the service until the end of your billing cycle.
At the end of your billing cycle, the auto-renewal will be disabled and you will no longer be billed.
