How to factory reset Control Panels, sensors, camera and other SmartHome Security devices.
Factory reset steps for primary and secondary Control Panel
- Please do not factory reset until the day of your move and ensure the Control Panel is disarmed.
- Swipe down and selectSettings.
- SelectAdvanced Settings.
- Enter four-digit code: 1234
- SelectInstallation.
- SelectDealer Settings.
- Scroll down and selectMaster Reset.
- SelectOKwhen it asks to proceed and reboot the panel.

Factory reset steps for PowerG devices
Please follow the steps below to factory reset these PowerG Sensors:
Door/Window
, Motion
, Smoke
, CO
, Flood
, Glassbreak
and 4-button wireless key
.- Remove the cover. Locate the back cover for the PowerG Sensor and remove it. You may need a screwdriver to complete this process.
- Locate the enrolment button. Locate the enrolment button inside the device.
- Perform the default. Press the enrolment button until the LED flashes three times. This should take about 10 seconds.

Factory reset steps for indoor and outdoor cameras
Indoor Camera ADC-V522IR
Press and hold the reset button on the device until its LED light rapidly flashes red and green. This will take about 10 to 15 seconds. The reset button is the same as the WPS button, and it is found on the back of the camera.
Outdoor Camera ADC-V723
Press and hold the reset button on the device until its LED light rapidly flashes red and green. This will take about 15 seconds. The reset button is the same as the WPS button, and it is found on the camera's underside.
Doorbell Camera
Important
: If you initiate a factory reset, the Doorbell cameras will need to be re-connected to Wi-Fi and re-synced with the account. Press and hold the main SkyBell button until the button begins flashing yellow. This can take up to two minutes. The doorbell LED will flash blue before it flashes yellow. Do not release the button during the flashing blue phase.

How do I factory reset Alarm.com compatible cameras
Factory reset steps for Smart Plug and Smart Light Bulb
To reset the Smart Plug and clear all network information, please follow these steps:
Leviton DZPD3 (dimmer plug-in) and Leviton DZPA1 (appliance plug-in):
- Hold control button for 14 seconds until LED will flash red/amber quickly (if the LED turns amber after seven seconds, hold longer).
GoControl Smart Plug
- Tap the button on the face of the outlet five times.
- Press and hold the button for 15 seconds. The LED will increasingly blink faster to indicate that a reset is taking place.
Leviton Smart Plug
- Press and hold the control button for 14 seconds until the LED flashes red and amber quickly. The LED will turn amber after the first seven seconds before flashing red/amber.
Jasco Smart Plug
- If plugged in, unplug the switch from the receptacle.
- Press and hold the program button for at least three seconds while plugging in the switch into a receptacle.
Smart Light Bulb
TELUS uses multiple brands of Smart Light Bulb, which have slightly different steps you must follow to Factory Reset. To reset the bulb and clear all network information, please follow these steps:Sengled Bulbs
- Start with your light bulb powered ON. Use the wall switch to turn the bulboffthenonfive times in quick succession
- The light bulb will flash seven times to indicate a successful reset
JASCO and GoControl Bulbs
- Start with your light bulb poweredon. tUse the wall switch to turn the bulboffthenonfour times within four seconds
- The light bulb will flash two times to indicate a successful reset
Factory reset steps for Alarm.com thermostats
Important
: If the thermostat is enrolled onto a Z-Wave network, remove the thermostat from the network via the TELUS SmartHome app or Control Panel prior to factory resetting. This action clears Z-Wave network information from the thermostat.Please follow the steps below to reset the ADC-T2000 thermostat:
ADC-T2000
- PressMoreto put the thermostat intoOffmode. When the thermostat is inOffmode, no symbols are lit below the temperature display.
- Once inOffmode, press and holdUpon the Smart Thermostat until a version displays. The version number does not matter for this process.
- Once the version displays, press and holdDownon the Smart Thermostat untilRSTdisplays on the thermostat.
- WhenRSTclears from the thermostat display, the thermostat is reset to factory default configurations.
Factory reset steps for Weiser SmartCode 10 door lock
- Remove battery pack.
- Press and hold theProgrambutton while re-inserting the battery pack. Keep holding the button for 30 seconds until the lock beeps and the status LED flashes red.
- Press theProgrambutton once more. In 20 seconds, when the LED flashes green and you hear one beep, the lock has been reset.
- Perform the door handing process again to teach the lock the orientation of the door and add user codes to your lock.
Factory reset steps for Weiser HomeConnect 620 door lock
- Remove battery pack.
- Press and hold theProgrambutton while re-inserting the battery pack. Keep holding the button for 30 seconds until the lock beeps and the status LED flashes red.
- Press theProgrambutton once more. LED will cycle flashing between red and green while the reset process is being performed.
- After a few seconds, the lock will initiate the door handing process, and the latch bolt will extend and retract to learn the orientation of the door.
Note
: The lock will auto-hand again after the first time the door is locked or unlocked using the keypad or app. This is to confirm the door orientation.Factory reset steps for GoControl Garage Door Controller
