How do I cancel a SmartEnergy subscription?
You can cancel your service subscription at any time to stop it from renewing at your next billing date. After you cancel, your subscription services will continue up until your next billing date. If you change your mind, you can always renew your service subscription.
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:
under each individual subscription you want to make a change to.

to turn the service back on.

: Your service will reactivate immediately and renew automatically at each billing date thereafter. If your subscription has expired, click on
Add Now
to purchase the subscription again.
For customers living in Quebec
: You cannot renew your subscription once it's cancelled. You'll need to repurchase the subscription altogether if you would like to reinstate your subscription.

SmartEnergy will monitor the energy consumption for the smart devices in your home that are connected to your SmartEnergy plan through the SmartHome+ app. The devices that can monitor your energy consumption include compatible smart thermostats, home appliances and equipment connected to smart plugs.
